My approach is primarily person-centred and integrative. This means I value you as the expert of your own life, while I support you in exploring your inner world with curiosity and care. I intend to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, including ideas from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational work, and emotion-focused perspectives.
In our sessions, we may explore patterns in emotions, relationships, self-beliefs, or past experiences that continue to affect the present. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe meaningful therapy often involves slowing down, reflecting deeply, and understanding the roots of what you are experiencing.
Clients can expect a collaborative process where we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Some sessions may focus on gaining clarity around current difficulties, while others may involve deeper emotional exploration and self-understanding.
Above all, I hope therapy feels like a space where you do not have to hide parts of yourself, where your experiences are met with empathy, and where lasting change can begin through insight, emotional awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

I bring genuine care, attention, and a positive regard towards you (the client) during the therapeutic process . I come with willingness to understand, engage, and build an environment where you are not alone, and are supported as you navigate the events of your life - past, present or anticipated. The therapeutic space would feel steady, honest, and with clarity.
In terms of modalities - I have engaged in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. All these methods are non-pathologizing, collaborative, and helps us access our inner strengths, and agency.

You are welcome to show up as your truest self, at your own pace. We’ll move in a way that feels comfortable for you, focusing on what feels important and supportive in the moment.

You deserve to feel safe, supported, and understood - no matter what you’ve been through, and even if you’re not sure where to begin!
I work with individuals navigating trauma, difficult relationships, or challenging life experiences, and I offer support around anxiety, depression, loneliness, procrastination, and struggles with addiction. Together, we create space to understand these experiences gently and at your own pace.
I also work closely with queer‑trans folx. This is a space where your identity is affirmed and your experiences of the world are taken seriously. We pay attention to both your inner world and the social and cultural contexts shaping your life, so you don’t have to carry things alone or feel like you need to explain yourself.
With couples, I focus on building safety and connection within the relationship. We work with intimacy, communication, adjusting to changes, navigating relationships with in-laws and conflict, supporting both partners in feeling heard and understood.
Across all of this work, my hope is that you feel deeply seen and gently held, just as you are. I bring attention to both the mind and body, and to the larger systems that shape our lives, offering a space that feels warm, spacious, and supportive.
